In addition, when it comes to negotiating, we aim to get you the best rates for your loads, so you get to put more money in your pocket.

Unexpectedly, no. It takes time and money, as well as the use of headhunters, to establish and go through a very rigorous recruitment process if you want to hire talented and competent individuals. Even if you locate what you're searching for, you will probably need to supply office space, which will add to your expenses. In some situations, you may even need to invest in further training. Nope. You contract with SPEED TRUCKING on a monthly basis. We don't require long-term commitments from truck drivers up front since we think we should earn your business. We will exert a lot of effort for you since if you're unhappy, neither are we. But we also think that every business owner should be able to choose who they wish to partner with. It's crucial to us that you continue to enjoy that freedom.

Signing up with SPEED TRUCKING is a breeze since you can submit documents to us online.

- First, you sign our Dispatch Carrier Agreement, a document that clearly sets out our responsibilities and our responsibilities. This is meant to protect both of us — it is not a long-term service contract by any means. Our services are month-to-month, and you are not penalized for discontinuing our service.

- You will also need insurance that names SPEED TRUCKING as the certificate holder. This is common industry practice for shippers, dispatchers, and brokers — it just allows us to conduct business at your behest and on your behalf when you want us to. Make sure the insurance sets out liability as well as cargo coverage.

- We also need the Carrier Set-Up Package and references for the shippers and brokers we work with and for our records. Your MC Permit and signed W9 form should be here as well.

- At SPEED TRUCKING, we keep impeccable and accurate records — and always maintain compliance with all safety, regulatory, and industry requirements — so we also need a copy of the CDL for each driver we will be dispatching.

We cooperate with carriers with company drivers as well as owners/operators operating under their own MC authorities.

No. We work with your insurance agent to obtain the insurance certificates with the certificate holder information unless you specifically ask them to execute the certificate requests made by "the insured exclusively" — you.

Absolutely. We enjoy assisting truckers and carriers at every level of their professional lives. Simply put, we are looking for motivated, diligent drivers. Since most shippers and brokers prefer carriers with MC authorities older than six to a year, it may initially be more difficult for us to locate you the finest loads if you are a new carrier. You may be sure that SPEED TRUCKING will exert every effort so that you can earn more money in your first year, though. Access to greater rates and loads will become much simpler once you reach the one-year mark.

Yes. Our entire service package, which includes dispatch, documentation, compliance, and all the business supports a carrier needs, is adored by many of our clients, but we also have clients who, for example, only require help with paperwork and documentation.
